Responsible for the monitoring of works , construction of water supply scheme it's repairs maintenance and administration building construction .Manage and oversee all phase of construction projects, including planning,scheduling ,budgeting and execution. Conduct sites inspection to ensure compliance with engineering specifications,building codes ,and safety standards.Prepare and review technical drawing ,maps and it's specifications for construction projects, coordinate with architects,contractors and to resolve issues DUTIES giving engineering procedural direction to the third parties , undertaking and supervising the technical site survey . provide support and guidance to program team in areas of planning ,design ,and implementation by ensuring that technical support is sensitive to the socio-cultural back ground of targeted communities .
